Welcome to Cannes-Rent
Cannes Rent is owned by us, Niall & Valerie Higgins, a Husband and Wife team. We offer a personalised service that brings our guests back time and again!
We are a private property rental company based in Cannes offering our own apartments to rent from one week to one year.
Our properties are well appointed, fully equipped, offering home from home comforts, right in the heart of Cannes. We have several apartments to rent from two bedrooms to a studio all of which are located in downtown Cannes.
Having travelled extensively, and lived in California, London, and Dublin, we knew that the one thing that always made the difference was the personalised touch and service, we experienced along the way. So we are now in the privileged position to offer you our guests that very difference!
We know there is only one chance to make that all important first impression.
If our apartments are not available or booked we will find you a suitable alternative of similar quality if at all possible with colleagues or other rental agencies here in Cannes.
We cater for the business traveller, requiring everything from Wireless Internet connections, to the couple seeking a romantic break, to the family requiring the complete home from home package.
We are today living and enjoying the Cannes experience, so we will never be too far away, should a problem arise. We know we are doing something right when we see repeat bookings and referrals on a regular basis.
